Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to, in order to keep your personal information private.
Secure Shopping
To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is configured to use PayPal’s Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to process your payment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
This encryption keeps your personal information, including your credit card, secure from theft. Our site is also actively monitored 24×7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.
Return and Exchange Policy
Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality of luxury hair and great customer service. We provide quality assurance measures in inspecting all hair extensions prior to shipping. Although we do not offer refunds, we offer our clients 7 days to exchange their purchased units. There is only one exchanged allowed per original purchase if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange of an in-stock unit. If you get your hair extensions and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. DO NOT ALTER the extensions in any way. If you meet the terms, below, we will offer you an exchange or credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used toward another purchase. We recommend that you brush the hair thoroughly before installation to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Eye for Design, and is null and void of guarantee. We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and have been altered or worn in any way.
There is only 1 return per order and a 10% restocking fee is applied to the return.

- Weft has been cut
- Weft has been torn or ripped
- Glue has been put on the unit
- Hair products have been put on the unit
- Any chemicals have been put on the unit
- The unit has been dyed
- Attempts have been made to fix a problem prior to contacting us
- Hair has been styled or cut
- Unit has been permed
Back Orders
If a back order occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If back ordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund.
Shipping Information
Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of processing Monday-Friday. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-4 business days for FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Shipping.
Order Processing
Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please keep in mind United States holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Eye for Design, LLC is NOT responsible for lost items unless insurance is purchased.
